We are searching for experienced and attentive Waiters to join our team at EPIC Tromsø. You will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally according to Arctic Nightlife AS’s hospitality standards.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and answer guests questions about food and beverages.
- Take food orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper communication with the kitchen.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized tablescape.
- Upsell products and beverages in the venue, creating a memorable experience for our guests.
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience from working in a fast-paced restaurant environment prefered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Language requirement.
- English: Fluent.
- Norwegian: Working knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Ability to carry trays comfortably and navigate the dining room efficiently.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
