We are searching for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Hosts at EPIC Tromsø. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at EPIC Tromsø.
- Seat guests efficiently and ensure a smooth flow of traffic throughout the venue.
- Manage the game logistics for drop in guests and bookings.
- Answer questions and provide information about our products.
- Help create a package for the ultimate experience of the venue.
- Maintain a clean and organized venue.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience with a customer service role in a fast paced restaurant environment.
- Positive and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Language requirement:
- English: Fluent
- Norwegian: Working knowledge.
- Strong attention to details and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Be able to multitask between different roles during the shift.
